01 Ordering Stock Displays
How do I order your stock products?
You can call our sales office during business hours but ideally please send us an email on sales@visiondisplay.co.uk stating which products you are interested in or feel free to copy & paste the relevant product images into your email. Please make sure you give us your full company details and delivery address and we will send a pro forma invoice by return.
We ask you to make payment via the BACS banking system and, as soon as payment has been cleared we will be in touch regarding delivery.
Can I get a sample?
Yes we are happy to help with samples where possible. These would be charged for at the product cost rate plus delivery, however we will refund the cost of the product when you place your larger order. For guidance, sample displays often cost as much as 3 x times the final unit price due to the factory set-ups involved.
02 Ordering Bespoke or Custom Displays
I want a bespoke display, showroom layout or a variation on a current product – what information do you need from me?
Please let us have all of the following details so our design team can get straight on with your design variation:
- How much physical space you have in your showroom to take the display - please tell us the width, depth and height of the available space.
- We need to know ALL about your tiles or samples that you want to display – please tell us the physical sizes of the products i.e. height x width x thickness, then please tell us how many of EACH product you want to display, (provided you know at this stage).
I’ve seen a display on the internet that I can’t see on your website, can you make this for me?
In many cases yes – please send us any images you have and as much information about the displays you are after and we will let you know if it’s possible for us to manufacture the same or similar unit.
Do you charge for design?
Generally no, our showroom layout or product design services are free… however should the number of revisions get a bit excessive we may then discuss some ongoing costs with you.
03 Payment Process
Can I pay by credit card?
Unfortunately not. As we work B2B we don’t get many requests for credit card payment and the inherent costs of having the facility outweigh the benefits. We ask for all payments to be via BACS.
Are you an agent for other manufacturers?
No! everything we supply is proudly manufactured in our own factory, based in Kent.
