Minoli at London Design Week with bespoke units by Vision Display

Minoli, a leading distributor of Italian porcelain tiles, commissioned Vision Display to create a set of custom-made units for their stand at London Design Week 2023.

The renowned design and decoration show was held at the prestigious Design Centre in Chelsea Harbour, where Minoli showcased the latest trends in porcelain tiles and the creative concepts that are due to take centre stage in the year ahead.

Their stand at the event was designed in-house as a boutique pop-up of Minoli’s London showroom in Marylebone, for which they required bespoke unts to fit within the space and present their diverse ranges to best effect.

Vision Display have been working with Minoli for almost 20 years now, with experience of producing all manner of display equipment for their client showrooms & events.

What we Provided:

For this particular show, mainly attended by interior designers, architects and property developers, they required premium, purpose-built components including:

  • Five wall mounted shelves to suit tile pieces
  • ‘Vertical Array’ floor stands to sit 25 tiles of varying sizes
  • A Cube style unit with space for 33 tiles underneath a layout desk with a soft but durable tabletop.
  • A back frame to the Cube unit that supported 3 adjustable shelves to showcase a range of decorative ‘handheld’ pieces.

During the week the Minoli Team attended networking events, presented to groups on their guided tours, gave out countless brochures and samples, and made some excellent new contacts in the design community.

What we Provided:

Minoli, a leading distributor of Italian porcelain tiles, commissioned Vision Display to once again create a set of custom-made units for their stand at Focus/24 At Design Centre Chelsea Harbour.

We produced:

  • A Desk Unit with various "piegon holes" for brochures and promotional material. It also had a soft touch fabric applied to the top for displaying tiles that were placed on it, making it a helpful tool when talking to potential customers.
  • A metal framed shelf unit that displayed over a hundred handheld tile samples that could be easily pulled out and viewed by potential customers and sales representatives.
